– You will need to provide us with a copy of your resale certificate before we can process your order. This can be emailed to us at the address listed below.
– There is a $250 minimum on all opening orders. All reorders have a $150 minimum.
– We offer 30-day terms after your third order. Unfortunately, our website requires payment at time of sale, so if you choose to pay with 30-day terms, you can call or email us at the info listed below, and we will send the invoice directly to you.
– Every item listed has a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) stated on the listing. This will need to be met for us to process your order.
– Most items are handmade and will be ready to ship in 14 business days. In many cases, we can ship sooner, so please ask if you need the product right away.
– Custom engraved items may take longer than 14 days so order accordingly for your busy season!
