-You will need to provide us with a copy of your resale certificate before we can process your order. This can be emailed to me at the address listed below.
-There is a $250 dollar minimum on all opening orders...all reorders have a $150 minimum
-Every item listed has a MOQ (minimum order quantity) stated on the listing. This will need to be met for us to process your order.
-Most items are handmade and will be ready to ship in 14 business days. In many cases, we can ship sooner...so please ask if you need the product right away.
-Custom engraved items may take longer than 14 days so order accordingly for your busy season!
-We offer 30 day terms after your third order. Unfortunately, the website requires payment at time of sale, so if you choose to pay with 30 day terms, you can call or email me at the info listed below, and I will send the invoice directly to you.
